Rationally arrange the assembly routes of different products to improve the utilization rate of equipment while constantly reducing the manufacturing cost; Optimize the assembly process of vertical motor, effectively improve the pass rate of primary inspection; Homemade measuring tools, optimize the assembly of hot kits, greatly reduce the hidden danger of equipment stuck; Research welding skills and welding position protection, improve welding quality and efficiency, reduce welding grinding time, beautify the appearance of welding; The development and installation time of bipolar high speed motors has been reduced from 15 hours to 9 hours.
