Recruitment position
1. Motor design Engineer (20)
Job responsibilities:
Cooperate with the chief designer to complete motor design tasks, new product development, standardization and related work:
① Responsible for pre-sales or assist product engineers in technical exchanges, providing technical exchange information, outline drawings, technical data, etc.;
② Participate in the motor structure and electromagnetic design review, and complete as planned;
③ Under the guidance of the chief designer, complete the product drawing, modeling, building BOM, PDM attributes, etc.; Participate in the verification of product design according to actual ability;
④ Track the production process, deal with design and other related issues, and complete the upgrade and revision of product drawings;
⑤ Assist the chief designer to complete the test data analysis, and continuously improve the product design.
Job Requirements:
① Have a certain basic knowledge of mechanical theory;
② Skilled use of CAD, SOLIDWORKS and other 2D and 3D drawing software;
③ Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical engineering and automation, mechanical design and manufacturing or related;
④ Strong learning ability, team work spirit and pioneering spirit.
2、Mechanical Process Engineer (10)
Job responsibilities:
① Track, supervise and verify the implementation of the process documents formulated by the technical department, and put forward improvement suggestions based on the actual processing situation;
② Train workshop operators on mechanical process technology, procedures and standard operating procedures;
③ It provides the original basis for the process tracking of new products and the calculation of working hour quota.
④ Process quality problem, technical problem handling;
⑤ Participate in the company''''s new varieties research and development trial production and technical transformation work.
Job Requirements:
① College degree or above, experience in mechanical process is preferred; Major in mechanical, material, mold, metal working, electrical engineering and automation, etc.
② Work dedication, initiative, good sense of team work; Ability to analyze and solve problems independently, as well as good communication skills and persuasive skills.
3、Product Certification Engineer (2)
Job responsibilities:
① Responsible for the company''''s motor products explosion-proof certification and Marine, wind power and other product certification coordination and liaison work;
② According to the certification requirements of the company''''s motor products, submit applications to selected product certification bodies, communicate product certification plans, submit documents, samples, prototypes, do a good job of internal or external product certification related inquiries to confirm and answer, do a good job in product certification factory inspection response coordination; Follow up the progress of product certification, ensure that the certification work is completed on time and report the result of product certification;
③ Assist in receiving factory inspections other than certification bodies (including product quality supervision, second party inspection, etc.), organize the rectification of non-conformance items under review and submit corrective measures to the reviewing party, follow up until the verification is completed and solidified;
④ Coordinate the internal departments to analyze the quality problems of certified products, and supervise the implementation, progress and effect of improvement measures;
⑤ Manage product certification reports and certificates, files, certificate validity management; Focus on the revision of product certification standards and specifications and the interpretation and implementation of new standards and specifications;
⑥ Participate in product certification knowledge and ability training for relevant department personnel;
⑦ Other temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
① At least 3 years related work experience, major in electrical machinery, bachelor degree or above;
② Have standardized compliance awareness, familiar with product mandatory and voluntary certification process, management system operation and maintenance experience;
③ Strong logical thinking ability, good team work spirit. Have proactive work attitude and ability to work under pressure;
④ Good presentation and communication skills. Proficiency in written and spoken English is required. Good command of computer office system.
4、Quality Engineer [English Proficiency] (2)
Job responsibilities:
① Responsible for supplier management, including supplier review, quality improvement and performance appraisal;
② Responsible for new supplier development review, new product introduction and supplier quality control;
③ In incoming inspection and production process inspection, responsible for ensuring the quality of raw materials provided by suppliers, timely feedback the quality problems caused by quality defects of raw materials to suppliers, and ask them to improve;
④ Make statistical scores on the quality of existing suppliers on a monthly or quarterly basis, and put forward rectification requirements to suppliers with low scores within a time limit;
⑤ Responsible for tracking and confirming supplier improvement report and implementation effect, and conducting supplier audit if necessary;
⑥ Assist procurement staff in supplier field evaluation.
Job Requirements:
① Bachelor degree or above, major in welding, material, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, etc.
②More than 3 years supplier management experience, welding engineer experience, electrical machinery industry experience is preferred;
③ Expertise in quality assurance and materials;
④ Strong independent work ability, learning ability, communication skills and team spirit;
⑤ Good command of English, able to communicate in oral English (please provide resume in both Chinese and English);
⑥ Work results oriented, independent and organized.
5、Quality Assistant [English Proficiency] (2)
Job responsibilities:
① Data entry of unqualified documents in the product process;
② Collect, organize and file product purchasing documents and production documents;
③ Collection and management of product certification requirement documents and quality system requirement documents;
④ Organize and file nonconforming product picture data and product shipment picture data.
Job Requirements:
① College or bachelor degree, material science, mechanical, electrical or other major is preferred;
② Relevant working experience is preferred;
③ Strong motivation, good team work spirit;
④ Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
⑤ Proficient in Word, Excel and other office software.
6、Sales Engineer (20)
Job responsibilities:
① Understand customer demand information and effectively track, do pre-sales, after-sales guidance and service work;
② Skilled use of company product knowledge, answer customer questions and implement problems;
③ Coordinate and communicate closely with relevant departments of the company;
④ Develop new customers and maintain existing customers, expand and establish good customer relationship.
Job Requirements:
① College degree or above, major in mechanical, electrical, automation, etc.
② Have a keen adaptability and good oral expression, communication skills;
③ Have a strong learning ability, can quickly master professional knowledge, timely work;
④ Skilled in using computer to process documents and forms, skilled in using the Internet to deal with affairs and report work;

7、Welding Engineer/Technician (2)
Job responsibilities:
① Identify the key quality characteristics of welding parts and other parts manufacturing process, lead the formulation, update and effective implementation of quality control plan in related departments; Actively participate and drive the team to carry out relevant quality improvement activities;
② Organize the review and disposal of nonconforming products, responsible for product failure analysis and find the root cause, promote the implementation of corrective and preventive measures and other continuous improvement activities;
③ Participate in quality statistics and analysis, using data to identify quality improvement opportunities;
④ Internal tracking and verification of supplier quality improvement measures;
⑤ Promote the operation and continuous improvement of motor manufacturing process and quality environment occupational health and management system;
⑥ Make full use of quality tools to solve quality problems, and advocate and drive continuous quality improvement in all departments to ensure that customers'''' quality needs are fully and effectively met。
Job Requirements:
① Bachelor degree or above. Major in metal materials, mechanical engineering, welding parts or motor industry experience is preferred;
②More than 3 years of welding quality management experience, clear thinking, good team spirit;
③ Good presentation and communication skills, proficient in computer office system;
④ Proficient in quality tools, have a deep understanding of ISO9001 system;
⑤ Have a proactive work attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
8、Purchasing Engineer [Proficient in English reading and writing] (3)
Job responsibilities:
① In accordance with the company''''s procurement management system, adopt reasonable procurement methods to complete the procurement business legally;
② Find and develop quality suppliers according to purchasing requirements;
③ According to the purchasing plan, complete the whole process from inquiry, pricing, order, documentary to qualified product delivery and payment application;
④ Timely feedback, communication and coordination to deal with drawing, process, quality improvement and other issues raised by suppliers;
⑤ According to supplier OTD and PPM, put forward reasonable suggestions and measures to improve supplier performance;
⑥ Understand the relevant laws and regulations, and conduct risk assessment on the continuous and stable supply ability of suppliers;
⑦ Continuously optimize the procurement process, control the procurement cycle, and propose continuous cost reduction plans.
Job Requirements:
① Bachelor degree or above, mechanical and electrical related education background or work experience, good English level (both written and reading);
② Familiar with procurement process and contract law;
③ Proficient in ERP or SAP system operation process;
④ Work carefully, strong sense of responsibility, quick thinking, strong communication skills and team spirit;
⑤ Able to independently undertake frequent business trips around Wuxi (Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai), supply audit, delivery status follow-up, etc.
⑥ 1-3 years working experience in technology, quality and purchasing in mechanical industry and working experience in motor industry is preferred.
